Wes Attebury Foundation Scramble

The Wes Attebury Foundation scramble is upon us. Next Saturday, May 18, Quail Crossing Golf Club will host the WAF golf scramble and its 248 participants. There will be an AM shotgun starting at 7:30am and a PM shotgun starting at 1pm. We will play no matter what the weather does so please dress accordingly. Please look at the itinerary below and follow it this Saturday so we can run this as smoothly as possible like last year. Please read the construction alert at the bottom of the email and plan accordingly.

AM Golfers-
• Arrive at 6:45-7am
• Sign in at Registration table
• Buy Mulligans if you choose
• Pick up T-shirts at 19nine table
• Find your cart and load up
• Warm up on the range or putting green (range balls are free but limited, please be respectful of that)
• Be in your carts by 7:25 ready to go

Lunch
• Lunch will be served from 11:30am to 1pm
• AM golfers will eat post round
• PM golfers will eat upon arrival

PM Golfers-
• Arrive at 11:45-12:15pm
• Sign in at Registration table
• Buy Mulligans if you choose
• Pick up T-shirts at 19nine table
• Eat lunch
• Find your cart and load up
• Warm up on the range or putting green (range balls are free but limited, please be respectful of that)
• Be in your carts by 12:55 ready to go

***Construction Alert***
To avoid the construction on your way to Quail Crossing please see the map attached to this email. Here’s a quick reference if you are coming from the Lloyd Expressway…
1. From the Lloyd take 261 North to Oak Grove
2. Take a right (east) on Oak Grove to Anderson
3. Take a left (north) on Anderson to Jenner
4. Take a left (west) on Jenner to 261
5. Take a right on 261 which will take you to Quail Crossing
